D contacted me to coordinate a proposal during the travels he and his sweetheart would be on through the states. Among his desires were privacy and someplace close to where they were staying. I did a scouting mission to look for potential beaches and chose this one in Santa Cruz, CA. It turned out splendidly. D told me he and his new fiance lingered for a long while before continuing on their journey.
