Such a warm couple! And the tide, beach and day were perfect! Such a treat to work on such a nice canvas and setting.
Paul liked the henna style and since we were doing this at my favorite beach in Santa Cruz for the artwork, I decided to play off of the features of the cove and let its expression be organic. Paul also really wanted there to be a keyboard. Below is a timelapse of its creation.
Paul expressed to me the value of prioritizing experiences over things. I appreciate that. In the end things are opportunities for experiences, and reminders of experiences. Which means, in the end, that its all about the experience :-)
